Strudel with broccoli

  1. Sort cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences, boil for 20 minutes in salty water.
  2. Blend one part of boiled cabbage in the blender, add grated mozzarella, other part of cabbage and finely chopped onions. Mix it again.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add yolks into puree. Whip the whites, add to the cabbage mass, mix it.
  4. Roll the dough and lay on a baking sheet. Spread a cabbage stuffing along one side and roll up.
  5. Grease the roll with a yolk, strew with sesame and spices, bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. You can add Ricotta Bonfesto and any vegetables into the filling.
