Fish pie with vegetables

  1. Mix melted butter with 8 tsps of water, flour, salt and knead the dough. Allow to cool.
  2. Roll the cooled dough and lay in a form, making sides.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
  4. Mix finely chopped salmon, potatoes, herbs, mascarpone, cream, eggs, salt and spices.
  5. Pour out stuffing on a cake and bake for 40 minutes more.
  6. Decorate with herbs before serving.
