Ratatouille with mozzarella

  1. Cut an eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes into 0,5 cm thick rings.
  2. Cut mozzarella ball into 0,5 cm thick rings.
  3. Spread out fragrant spicy herbs in the bottom of a baking form.
  4. Lay out sliced vegetables and mozzarella lengthways, one after another in the baking form.
  5. Blend basil with olive oil and garlic in a blender, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the sauce and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
