  1. Cook pasta in lightly salted water until "al dente".
  2. Fry prawns until brown.
  3. Add mascarpone and a pinch of salt to garlic oil, stew for a couple of minutes. Add pasta, prawns, and stew a bit more.
  4. Decorate with herbs before serving.
