Nyokki with tomato sauce

  1. Bake potatoes in an oven, cool and mash it.
  2. Add flour, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, yolks to potato and knead the dough. Shape the dough into long "snakes" and cut them into pieces.
  3. Boil nyokki in lightly salted water until they have risen to the top.
  4. Lay out ready nyokki on the baking sheet oiled by olive oil. Add tomato paste, spices, salt, fried brisket and grated mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 °C.
  6. Decorate with herbs before serving.
