Ricotta pasta

Vegetarian
  1. Wash spinach and boil in lightly salted water (2-3 min.), drain and cut.
  2. Warm oil on a frying pan, add the chopped spinach and garlic.
  3. Salt, pepper and add nutmeg.
  4. Cook pasta until done. Drain, add butter and spinach.
  5. Add ricotta before serving.
