Broccoli quiche

  1. Sift flour, add 30 ml of oil, a pinch of salt, 1 yolk, 50 ml of kefir, mix. Knead the dough and allow to cool.
  2. Roll the cooled dough, lay in a form making sides.
  3. Mix ricotta, 150 ml of kefir, an egg, grated parmesan, 1 white, broccoli, salt and spices until smooth.
  4. Lay out cheese mixture on the dough, strew with grated parmesan.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C.
