Calzone with chicken

  1. Make the dough: grate butter and boiled potatoes on a large grater, add an egg, salt and flour.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, split in two and put in the fridge for a half of hour.
  3. Make the filling: fry onions until brown and translucent.
  4. Cool and mix with ricotta and egg mix until a smooth consistency, add black pepper.
  5. Lay out the rolled dough in a form and fill with stuffing, cover with a second layer of the rolled dough from above.
  6. Puncture the top layer with a fork, grease with egg.
  7. Bake in an oven for 25-30 min. at a temperature of 180 °.
